Our services, including the Divine Ray App, are strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over. We enforce robust age-verification, content-moderation, and reporting measures to ensure that no child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or underage engagement occurs. The organization complies with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Article 23 (Protection of Minors), GDPR, and the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MICA) framework to ensure responsible operation within the European Union.
2. Scope & Applicability
This declaration applies to all Divine Ray products, services, employees, contractors, and affiliates. It defines our preventive measures regarding child safety, underage access control, and CSAM detection.
3. Age Verification & Access Controls
All users are required to confirm that they are at least 18 years of age before creating an account or accessing Divine Ray services. Where applicable, verification is enforced via integrated payment gateways or KYC (Know Your Customer) validation. Minors attempting to register are blocked, and their data is not retained.
4. Moderation & CSAM Prevention
We utilize both automated and human content moderation systems to detect and remove any CSAM, grooming, or predatory content. Confirmed material is immediately reported to relevant authorities (for example, NCMEC, Interpol, or the competent authority in Malta). Divine Ray maintains evidence-preservation procedures and internal logging systems to ensure accountability and auditability.
5. Reporting & Incident Response
Users can report suspected underage access, grooming, or CSAM through the in-app reporting feature or by emailing david@divineray.ca. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours by the Trust & Safety Team and escalated to authorities when required. Each incident is documented, assessed, and followed by appropriate enforcement or legal reporting.
6. Enforcement & Sanctions
Any verified violation of this policy may result in account suspension, permanent banning, or legal escalation. We cooperate with international authorities to ensure perpetrators are held accountable under child protection laws.
7. Public Notice & Disclosures
We publicly state in our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, app onboarding, and app store listings that the Divine Ray App is intended for adults 18+ only and that use by minors is strictly prohibited.
8. Review & Governance
This declaration and associated procedures are reviewed at least annually and upon material product or legal changes. The CEO & Child Safety Officer is accountable for policy upkeep and compliance across the organization.
